I got to do some work for Blind. Blind is a great shop in LA founded by Chris Do. I knew Chris in school. I got to partner with him for a little while at Cole & Weber in Seattle early in my career, and before Chris was even out of school (he took a term off).
So look at The Work and you’ll see brochures, websites and even a video that Blind made for their client Hudson Pacific Properties. They buy great properties, breath fresh life into them and and then lease the spaces.
CUE is part of a larger complex on what used to be the Columbia lot in LA. Fourth & Traction was the old Coca-Cola bottling factory in the Arts District of LA, and 450 Alaskan Way is part of a whole new development on Elliot Bay in Seattle.
Matthew Encina was Creative Director on it all. Matthew Encina is amazingly talented too. I’m so lucky.
